Grade A 
Like new/mint condition 

Grade B
OEM, no cracks, lightly-used, fully-functional

Grade C 
Cracked glass, good LCD, 1 x small white spot, multiple/major spots = Bad LCD, Must be OEM 

Grade D
Bad LCD, touch issues, must be fully functional phone just needs a new screen. We can test another screen. Bad LCD. 

DOA 
No power signs of life, cracked, bad LCD, water damage, mixed issues. Missing parts may be subject to a lower price.

• Powers On (screen must switch on and not be black)
• Screen / LCD / Touchscreen is cracked , faulty or bleeding.

Shipping is absolutely free! You can use the free FedEx shipping label we provide to all customers. You can generate the shipping label during the online process. We highly recommend you keep the tracking number and share it with us so we can both make sure your device arrives safely. 




After you select your model, create an account, and complete the sales order, you can then generate a free FedEx shipping label. 


We purchase all kinds of devices, new and used! Everything from iPhones, Samsung, iPads, tablets, smartwatches, and more. Search all our devices on our website and if you can't find something, please contact us. 


You have 10 days to send in your device(s). If we don't receive your device(s) within 10 days, the order will automatically cancel and you will need to submit the order again. It's super easy, just click 'my account' in the top right corner, sign in, and click 'add new order'. 

To absolutely guarantee you receive the quote provided on our website, we must receive your device(s) within 4 days of your online order. 



Everything with our system is automatic! So when we receive your device you'll automatically receive an email letting you know we have it. Please plan for shipping to take at least 1-3 business days.

Absolutely! You just need to make sure of the following: 
1. Device(s) are not network locked.
2. Device(s) are on our product list.
3. Unfortunately, you can't use our free FedEx shipping label, so you will have to pay for the shipping. 

You will receive payment within 24-48 hours from the date we test and confirm the condition of your device(s). 

Our entire process is automated, so you automatically receive updates via email during each stage of the process. 

Additionally, you can also access updates and your payment status anytime by logging into your account from our website. 


If you have not received your payment within 3 business days please contact us ASAP!

Of course! Click on the 'My Account' icon at the top, right corner of the homepage. Then please click on 'Trouble logging in? Reset your password here'. You'll then receive an email with a link to reset your password. 

Click the 'My Account' icon in the top, right corner of the homepage, login, and then you will be able to view your order status. 

Our entire process is automated so we can keep you up-to-date with your order. If you haven't received any emails, please check your spam or junk folders first. If you still don't find anything from us, please contact our customer service team. 

Your safety is another top priority for us. Before you ship your device, please triple-check that you wiped the device completely. We will also do a device wipe while testing the device just to be extra safe.

Most devices will have a label on the back or under the battery pack. If you can't find anything, open up the settings app on your device and scroll down to the 'about' tab. There you should be able to retrieve model information. 


We have dedicated staff that works on updating our buyback device range.
We are sorry to say that if it is not on our list we cannot offer money for your device at this time.

Most models have the number printed on the back of the handset or you can find it under the battery pack.

For Smartphones, the IMEI number can be found by going to the telephone keypad.

1. Press * # 0 6 # on your keypad.
2.Press ‘Call’ or ‘Send’ as if making a call.
3. Your IMEI number will be retrieved and displayed on your screen.

Unfortunately, if any device somehow gets stolen in transit to us, we will not process payment or any compensation for the device. That is why we highly encourage you to use our free FedEx shipping label and monitor with the tracking number.


3 Day Phone Back Promise:

If your device fails our testing (meaning it differs from what you have stated), we will contact you by email.

You will be given the option to accept the adjusted price or have your device(s) returned.

There is no fee for the return of your product(s).

If we haven’t heard from you after 3 days, we will continue to process the device at our tested price.

  • Log in to www.icloud.com with your Apple ID and Password
  • Select this device from “All Devices” drop-down and select your device
  • A device pop-up box will appear.
  • Click “Remove from Account “
  • Confirm by clicking “Remove”
From another Apple device with same Apple ID (iOS 10.3 or later)

  • Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down.
  • Tap any device name to view that device's information
  • Scroll down and Tap [ Remove from Account ]


Here is the way to turn off Reactivation Lock from Google’s website.

  • Log in to https://myaccount.google.com with your Google email address and password.
  • “Under Sign In & Security >” On the left of the screen - click on “Device Activity And Notifications”.
  • On the right of the screen click “Recent security events” and click on “REVIEW DEVICES”
  • You will now see all devices linked to your Google account.
  • Click on every single device which you want to remove (inc. the one mentioned above) and select REMOVE under account access.

Yes! As long as you inform us before we process your device(s).  Simply contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Yes! All devices are wiped upon delivery as part of our checkin process. We still recommend that you wipe your device before shipping it to us.
